Yellow Flag Iris Weedpull

Event Details:

Time: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Location: 3163 White Lake Rd (park on road away from driveway)
To make this event a success, we encourage participants to bring their own canoes, and snippers if available, to facilitate access to areas where the Yellow Flag Iris is most prevalent. If you don’t have a canoe, don’t worry—all other necessary materials and equipment will be provided on-site.

What to Expect:
Engaging hands-on activity to help remove invasive Yellow Flag Iris.
All necessary tools and safety equipment will be provided.
Refreshments and a delicious food treat will be available for all volunteers.

What to Bring:
Your own canoe (if possible)
Sunscreen and a hat for sun protection
A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated
Comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear suitable for outdoor work
