Quaaout Secwepemc Landmark Unveiling

The Secwépemc Landmarks project team is excited to announce the unveiling celebration for the Quaaout Landmark! This sculpture was created by Tania Willard (Lead Artist, Neskonlith) and Kel-C Jules (Supporting Artist, Tk̓emlúps).

We respectfully acknowledge the contributions and guidance of the Secwépemc Landmarks Elders Committee, made up of Elders from Skwlāx te Secwepemcúl̓ecw, Cstélen (Adams Lake), Neskonlith, and Splatsín, who shared their oral histories and experiences connected to this important place in Secwepemcúl̓ecw.
