A conscious connected breathwork workshop designed to spark a powerful and transformative experience.
Held at the Eagle Valley Arts Council’s Red Barn Arts Centre —outside the traditional woo type setting — this is a space where everyone is welcome. No boxes, no expectations, just an open invitation to connect with yourself, surrounded by the beauty of art, nature, and community.

Breathwork is a deeply personal and unique experience each time you practice it. While it’s hard to fully describe, one thing is certain: you’ll leave feeling completely different than when you walked in. The shift is undeniable.

What to Bring:
Please bring a mat and/or blanket for comfort. We suggest you avoid eating a few hours before class to enhance your experience. Dress in warm layers—breathwork can make some feel chilly, while others may warm up!

Most participants leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed. You’ll breathe to a curated playlist designed to enhance your experience and help you focus.
Flooding the body with oxygen during breathwork helps release negative emotions, stored traumas, and tension from the nervous system. This practice can significantly reduce stress and bring about healing.
As you breathe, you may feel a tingling sensation or energy moving through your body. This is simply stuck energy being released. Every experience is different, so trust that your journey will be unique to you.
