You may know Courtney from her amazing massage, cupping, Reiki, and Intuitive health sessions at Holding Space With Courtney .. Or perhaps her community minded podcast where she interviews Women in the community who are devoted to healing through collective wellness and inspiration. She is now also a Postpartum Birth Doula offering her care in Salmon Arm area! A well rounded, multifaceted healer and entrepreneur we are SO very blessed to have Courtney join us for Januarys Women’s Circle: A Womban’s Intuition!
A Womban’s Intuition Workshop is curated to connect you with your Intuition or “Gut Instincts” through self exploration exercises, Yoga, Visualization, Breath, Meditation and creating a safe and supportive space to bring you a sense of relaxation and calm. Feel the stress melt away with hands on support and BONUS – Hot Stones with gentle massage.
