Wednesday on the Wharf Community Concert Series

Wednesday on the Wharf is a family friendly, by-donation, outdoor live music convert series presented by the Salmon Arm Arts Centre. Every Wednesday evening in July and August, audiences will gather at Marine Peace Park at 6.45pm to soak up the evening sun and tap their toes to the irresistible beat of live music. WOW features a wide range of musical genres, from bluegrass to pop, folk, country, hip hop and more. Audiences can expect a tried-and-true experience at Marine Park, including blanket or lawn chair seating, lots of open space for kids to move to the music, and donation collection at intermission to support the concert series. Happens every Wednesday from July 3 to Aug 28 inclusive. Music begins at 6.45pm to 8.30. By donation.

As part of the final concert on August 28th, the Arts Centre is very excited to be collaborating with our Secwepemc friends to host a mini pow WOW. This special celebration starts at 4pm. Everyone is encouraged to come early and enjoy the dancing, drumming, singing and regalia. Everyone is welcome!
