For others it’s a symbol of the remarkable diversity of regional support working together for healthier, greener communities. “Overall it’s a pretty fun evening, whichever way you look at it,” says Shuswap Trail Alliance chair, Winston Pain, speaking of the upcoming 5th Annual Shuswap Trails Silent Auction and Dance on Friday, February 3rd.

Get Your Big Foot On with the Shuswap Trail Alliance

The Shuswap, British Columbia – Mysterious tracks are appearing around the Shuswap this winter. Giant duck? Yeti? Watch out. The Shuswap Trail Alliance JCP Winter Trails team is working hard with regional partners to raise the profile of winter trail use. They’re brushing and blazing to make locating trails in the snow easier, and will host a Get Your Big Foot On snowshoe series starting this January.
