Bayside Marina

At the turn of the century, Blind Bay "Trappers Landing" served as a transfer point for furs, lumber and other bounties of the area. Today the Trans Canada Highway serves a fast growing vacation, retirement, arts and business community. Only a few preserved buildings remain from the railway stop at Notch Hill which is 5km above the modern day marinas which were once "Trappers Landing". As one can see the natural beauty that first attracted settlers, still remains.

Bayside Marina features Public Beaches on either side of the Marina, a General Store with a BBQ on the patio deck!
