Marjorie's Tea Room at RJ Haney Heritage Village
Marjorie’s Tea Room is located on the lower floor of the historic Broadview School Circa 1918. Open Wednesdays through Sundays from May 15 to September 21 from 10am - 4pm. Serving a fresh home cooked daily lunch specials created by our Chef, featuring recipes from local pioneers and using vegetables and fruits grown in the gardens at the Village. It is a quaint place to take a break from your tour of the Village and Museum and enjoy home baked tea goodies and beverages. On dinner theatre nights the tea room prepares a pioneer meal with all the fixings right down to the homemade bread and famous rhubarb crisp. Opening night for Dinner Theatre is July 3 untill August 28. Peter Blacklock, resident playwright tells the local history in a way that delights audiences. Known for original musical scores, and humorous tales, dinner theatre is a highlight of Salmon Arm’s summer entertainment and one you won’t want to miss.
